Kinship On Wheels Foundation is seeking dedicated mentors who are willing to inspire, guide, and support young adults as they navigate education, career opportunities, personal development, and life challenges.
Our mentors serve as positive role models and help participants build confidence, leadership skills, life skills, and career readiness.

Mentor Responsibilities
- Encourage and support young adults
- Share career and life experiences
- Promote positive decision-making
- Participate in mentorship activities and events
- Help youth identify educational and career pathways
- Serve as a positive role model
Mentor Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must complete a mentor application
- Must provide references
- Must consent to a background check
- Must demonstrate professionalism and integrity
After submitting your application, a Kinship On Wheels Foundation representative will contact qualified applicants regarding the next steps in the mentor selection process.
